Unica, the cooking monoblock Inoxpiù in limited edition,once more will be the ideal stage-desk at the "Forum della RIstorazione" at EXPORIVA HOTEL.

The theme "Bar and Haute Cuisine: possible wedding?" will be moderated by host Davide Di Corato (HORECA Magazine director) together with chef Andrea Berton, Leandro Luppi and Matteo Pisciotta.

To participate it is necessary to enroll on the site sito www.exporivahotel.it. The Forum will take place on Monday, February the 2nd, from 10am to 4 pm, in Sala Limonaia, pavillion B4.

Qubica, the brand new cooking monoblock by Inoxpiù will be present at Identità Golose, as technical partner of Castellani Srl, food and equipment.

The "Italian Congress of Author Cuisine - Identità Golose" will take place from 1st to 4th of February 2009 at the Convention Center in Milan (via Gattamelata 5) and will unfold the theme "Verdure - Vite - Vent'anni".

Ferràn Adrià, Massimiliano Alaimo, Enrico Bartolini, Massimo Bottura, Moreno Cedroni, Carlo Cracco, Quique Dacosta, Pierre Hermè and Pietro Leemann, to name but a few, are great names of Italian and International cuisine that will participate.
