the tradional gas stoves were abandoned because of the several disadvantages linked to this kind of cooking system: high risk of explosion, great heat dispersion (between 40 and 50%), the fear of incurring into burnts, constant need of assistance and maintainance, hard cleaning, etc.

In over 20 years of activity, Inoxpiù has devoted its research and development department to the study of technical solutions that would allow to bypass all these inconveniences. But not only. The effort was directed towards planning electrical kitchens that would offer excellent performances together with low energy consumption.
